After two days of spring-like conditions on Friday and Saturday when the maximum temperature hit 18 and 19 degrees Celsius and 19 respectively, the Bureau of Meteorology is forecasting a top of just nine for Sunday.
There is a chance of a morning shower that is unlikely to yield much rain, while the bureau says there could be snow above 800 metres.
Areas south of Bathurst around Oberon and Shooters Hill are the most likely to see snow while the bureau’s MetEye website also indicates falls near Blayney and Mount Canobolas.
Bathurst can expect a morning frost on both Sunday and Monday as overnight temperatures again drop below zero.
