Wise words from coach Eric Taylor, of Friday Night Lights fame, which all the combatants in this weekend’s Central West Rugby Union Blowes Clothing Cup and Westfund Ferguson Cup grand finals will no doubt take heed of.
Of course, someone still has to lose, but if you care to hazard a guess at which teams they are you’re a braver person than many, many others.
The scene is set at Endeavour Oval for five epic deciders, with Bathurst Bulldogs to feature in four and Orange Emus in three – the two sides face-off in the top three men’s grades.
