Eglinton went 1-0 up courtesy of a Tayla Slattery goal from a Kaitlyn Kennedy assist.
But a goal from Panorama’s Hayley Cheney sent the game to extra-time, before Cheney scored her second and Emily Cochrane added another to seal a 3-1 comeback win for Panorama.
Coach Brent Huie said his team had a plenty to do.
“There was a lot to do and I was trying to be confident for the girls. I was telling them it was never in doubt, but it was,” he said.
“Honestly, I thought we might have lost that but Hayley got the equaliser and another in extra-time and then Emily rounded it off.”

Trailing 1-0 at half-time, Panorama did their best to make inroads into the Eglinton defence.
A missed chance from Panorama’s Courtney Hayter just before the hour mark denied the Goats the lead.
And with 17 minutes left on the clock, Eglinton’s Eileen Cosgrove raced down the wing, looking to give her side a two goal buffer.
But her chance just went over and three minutes later, Panorama equalised through Cheney.
Neither team were able to find a winner in the remaining minutes and the match was off to extra-time.
Kennedy headed the goal wide for Eglinton in the first half of extra-time, before Cheney scored her second of the match to give Panorama the lead.
Cochrane scored in the second half of extra-time to seal Panorama’s comeback, with a 3-1 win.
There were plenty of tired Panorama legs, due to the club backing up from a Thursday night major-semi-final against CSU, which they lost 3-2.
“It definitely was [tough backing up], but Eglinton went to penalties on the same night and a lot of their girls play AFL, so I think their legs were a bit more tired then ours and I think it showed there in the second half of extra time,” Huie said.
Huie knows his team can match it with CSU on Sunday.
“Last time we played them, we only lost 3-2. We led for about half hour of that match and they led for about two minutes,” he said.
“The time before that it was a 1-1 draw and they scored the equaliser in the last 40 seconds.
“The signs are there that we can do it but we’ve got to show up. They’re looking to win five in a row. They’re obviously the best team going around but we’re pretty good too.”
