While Collegians Mystified versus Panthers is set to be the main decider in A grade, there will be plenty of lower grade action on the day.
Miller said this season has been fantastic for Bathurst netball.
“It’s always great to see the standard of competition that we’ve got and the number of people showing up week-in week-out. It’s always encouraging to see,” she said.
“It’s great to see people are still enjoying netball.”
She also said it was great to see so much support from the crowd during some “unreal weather”.
“We’ve had some pretty unreal weather throughout this season and we’ve braved some of those weekends, even some of our juniors were playing in the rain,” she said.
“It just shows the strength of our association and competition, when we have all our committee, coaches, teams, managers and parents standing out there, braving the weather conditions.
“Hopefully it’s looking a bit better for our finals this weekend and so far the weather is clear, so fingers crossed that continues.
“We’ve got some really fantastic grand finals coming up and some really good match-ups. We had some upsets in our finals last weekend, so it’ll be really great to see those teams having their match-ups this weekend.”
She couldn’t settle on a pick for the A grade decider, citing Collegians’ strength from the outset of the season, as well as Panthers’ late season form.
