About 10.40pm on Saturday emergency services were called Beddoes Avenue after reports a male rider had crashed into a fence.
The 21-year-old man died at the scene.
Orana Mid-Western Police District police officers attended and established a crime scene.
Police said the cause of the crash is being investigated and they would prepare a brief for the Coroner.
