On Monday, the Year 12 boys donned netball uniforms to play a game against staff from the school.
Changeover periods allowed more students and staff members to participate in the game, which was won by the teachers with a score of 24 to 10.

Year 12 adviser Kate Bonny said that there will be more activities held throughout the week.
On Tuesday, the Year 12 students will play handball matches against each year group within the school.
The handball matches will be followed by the final assembly for the Year 12 students, a new addition to the week of traditions.
“This is actually a new thing where we get to celebrate what they have to offer,” Ms Bonny said.
Other activities this week include the Brain versus Brawn rugby union match on Wednesday and the Nathan Irwin Shield rugby match on Thursday between the Year 12 students and kids from St Philomena’s Primary School.
The match is held in memory of Nathan Irwin, who was a TAS teacher at Stannies that was killed in a tragic accident in 2012.
A final mass and lunch with staff will be held on the day of the memorial match.
Ms Bonny said the week of activities was about celebrating the Year 12 students before they finish school.
“It is in really good spirt and everyone seems to enjoy it,” she said.
