One of the most easiest Pantech trucks to recognise is the Freightliner Racing Coronado, which might be referred to as the ‘big yellow truck’.
James Scott, from Brad Jones Racing, was driving the Coronado on Wednesday morning.
It’s his second season driving for Brad Jones Racing, describing it as “good fun”.
“Wherever you go, there’s always someone who wants to chat and talk to you about what it’s like [driving for a Supercars team] and ask a few questions,” he said.
“That’s always good fun. It’s a part of why we do what we do.”
Scott also makes sure the Freightliner Racing Coronado is kept clean and tidy, to keep the Supercars fans happy.
“Got to keep the shine happening and keep the fans happy,” he said
“Everyone deserves a wave.”

The Pantech trucks continued up William Street, to Panorama Avenue, before making their way up to their allocated parking spot at Mount Panorama.
Racing begins at Mount Panorama on Thursday morning, with the first practice session.
