Collectors are down at Bathurst Stocklands until 6pm Friday, taking donations, which will be matched dollar for dollar by corporate sponsors but only until 6pm.
Marian Clark rallied the community last year, raising $9750 for the hospital through everyone’s generosity, and hopes to see people support the fundraiser again.
Her goal is to exceed $10,000, but as yet just $1,000 has been raised, and Mrs Clark is hoping people can come down and support the fundraiser.
To help reach the fundraising goal, raffle tickets are being sold at Stocklands Bathurst until 6pm Friday, October 12.
Mrs Clark reminded everyone that purchasing a $2 raffle ticket doubles to a $4 donation for the hospital, but reminded everyone this is only until 6pm Friday.
Mrs Clark was inspired to bring the Radiothon to Bathurst after looking for a way to help Westmead Children’s Hospital.
