The 65-acre garden in Oberon features a range of beautiful trees, shrubs and flowers, as well as icons like the English box hedge maze, the waterfall and Mayfield Lake.
Included with entry to the Spring Festival is free row boating across the lake.
People can access the boats from the Hawkins' Family Garden side of the lake, near the Sphere sculpture.
There are also interactive game, including croquet, giant chess, and bocce ball, located throughout the garden.
Marketing manager Jo McClelland-Phillips said some visitors to the garden can also take advantage of a new offer being trialed, the local discount.
“In combination with Jenolan Caves, we are offering half-price [discounts] on garden entry, the Spring Festival and on annual membership,” she said.
Visitors need to show proof of identification upon entry that verifies they reside in locations with the postcode 2787 (Oberon), 2795 (Bathurst), 2790 (Lithgow), 2847 (Portland) or 2845 (Wallerawang). The discount does not apply to online bookings.
“If we see great results it will keep going,” Ms McClelland-Phillips said. “We just want to give back to the community.”
