Owner, Peter Harrison, has been running the business with his wife Sonia for twelve years and said the awards were great recognition of the hard work their team put in. “We have a team of seven staff and can’t thank them enough, they are just a great group of people,” he said. “From servicing machines and managing order and deliveries, through to training and running our office, everyone just does an amazing job”.

Fish River Roasters supply over 100 cafes and hospitality customers with coffee, equipment, barista training and café consulting across the Central West and NSW but also as far away as Darwin, Broken Hill and regional Victoria.
Peter said their success was linked to their customers success. “If they do well, we do well and in that way it is much more of a partnership. It means we need to work with our customers to make their business the best it can be,” he said. “I would like to thank all of the cafes that use our coffee for supporting us, as well as the people that buy our coffee. A big thank you also to the Fish River Roasters team and a big thank you to my wife Sonia for everything she has done”.
