Booklink has been renamed and combined with the State Library of Queensland’s nationwide reading program, Summer Reading Club. Register with the Bathurst Library and collect log books to record your reading over the summer. An end of program party will be held on February 14. Bathurst Showground Family Markets, featuring local seasonal fruit, vegetables and home-made products, will be held at the Bathurst Showground on Kendall Avenue.
Sunday, December 9
This year will be the 40th anniversary of Carols by Candlelight in Bathurst. Bring your blanket and chairs and pack your picnic. There will be local performers, a visit from Santa and singalong carols. It will begin at 7pm in Machattie Park.
Reduce your environmental footprint and support your community by shopping sustainably and ethically at this year’s Garage Sale at Mount Panorama from 9am to 1pm.
