It is because the Bathurst teenager wants to become just the second boxer from her Snakebite Gym to be declared a victor after just one round.
Fallon will take on Queensland’s Coulstock in a female 60 kilograms inter-state title bout as part of the Christmas Party Fight Night at Bathurst Panthers.
As Coulstock is a year older than Fallon at 15, the fight will be staged over three rounds of two minutes.

But Fallon, who is now a three-time Australian Amateur Boxing League national champion, wants things to be decided early.
“She’s pretty hungry for it. We have this thing at the gym called the Snakebite 100, if you stop a fight in the first round you get 100 bucks,” her father and trainer Jamie Fallon said.
“The only person in the gym ever to do it, and we’ve probably had 400 fights through the gym now, is Nathan Belbin. Kate really wants to get that too and she wants to get it in Bathurst.”
Though it has been a long time between fights for Fallon, who had her opponent at the Australian titles earlier this month withdraw due to injury, she has been training hard in the build up.
She is also no stranger to fighting older opponents.
“It’s been eight months since she’s had a fight, it’s been hard to get fights for her. But now she has come of age in New South Wales it should be easier, you can’t fight in New South Wales until you’re 14,” Jamie Fallon said.
“But she’s been training hard and she is such an athlete, she’s played a lot of other sport. She’s played rep netball, she made the Western Region Academy of Sport team a month ago, she’s been doing her universal strength and conditioning and she’s played rugby league, she made the Western team which played at the Albury Nines.

“This will be her debut in New South Wales, she’s really excited, and to have it at home is even better with all her friends and the community support.
“Apparently the girl Kate is fighting is pretty good, but Kate’s had two more fights and is undefeated, so there is a bit more pressure on Kate.”
The Fallon versus Coulstock bout is one of three title fights slated for the evening. The others will see Oberon’s Dave Sellers take on a Sydney opponent while Bathurst duo Mitchell Stevens and Scott Wilkinson square off.
The program at Bathurst Panthers, which is set to feature 16 fights in total, will commence at 6pm.
