The venue will be running a series of events offering ideal entertainment options for the whole family.
A key feature of Mayfield’s seasonal festivals is the opening of the private Hawkins’ Family Garden, and the popular attraction will partially open for the duration of the festival.
“For 16 days each season, Garrick Hawkins [owner of Mayfield Garden] opens up extra parts of the garden for the public to see,” Mayfield Garden executive chef Daniel Child said.
Along with the garden, there will be a scavenger hunt, row boating across Mayfield Lake, and interactive games scattered throughout the venue.
On the weekends of the festival, there will be live music, wood-fired pizza and a homemade lemonade stand raising funds for charity.
The Summer Festival will run from January 12 to 27 and tickets are available from mayfieldgarden.com.au.
