Bathurst rugby union talent Suttor was this week named in the Waratahs squad for the upcoming Super Rugby season, the back rower one of the emerging players who coach Daryl Gibson feels will form the next generation of NSW stars.
Suttor has previously been part of the NSW Gen Blue under 20s squad and last year got a taste of the National Rugby Championships as a member of the NSW Country Eagles.
He also drew attention for his performances at the 2018 World Rugby Under 20s Championship.

As one of 46 players in a squad which includes the likes of Wallabies flankers Michael Hooper and Jack Dempsey, Suttor is sure to learn plenty to continue his rugby development.
“One of the findings out of 2018 season review is that we played our best players too much and we needed to improve the depth of our squad. I believe the player mix we have provides that for us,” Gibson said.
“It is great to be able to bring some of our younger players coming into the mix alongside some of the more experienced players who can help bring through that next generation.
“We have our great young New South Wales talent coming through and training and playing with our senior New South Wales Waratahs players.”
Suttor is in full pre-season training with the Waratahs, with the first home game against the Hurricanes on 16 February at Brookvale Oval.
