The 36-year-old man was "assisting police with inquiries" late Tuesday after being arrested as police executed a search warrant at the property.
Another three people - two men aged 22 and 30 and a 36-year-old woman - have already been charged after allegedly hindering police as they tried to enter the property.
The trio was charged with obstructing the execution of a search warrant after police were forced to call for back-up as the situation at the property escalated just after 9.15am.

Seven police units, including caged vehicles, responded to the call.
Chifley Police District crime manager Detective Inspector Luke Rankin said the search warrant was executed in relation to a weekend street brawl in Kelso where are number of people were seriously injured.
But when police arrived at the Fish Parade property as part of their investigations, the situation escalated with back-up called in to diffuse the situation.
The four accused were taken into custody as a number of neighbours looked on from their front yards.
Inspector Rankin said the search warrant was part of their investigations into an alleged brawl involving a number of people in Bannerman Crescent at Kelso, which had occurred at around 3am on Sunday.
“Three people were seriously assaulted in the [Kelso] affray,” he said.
“We have been working on that investigation, and that’s what brought us there [to the Fish Parade property].”
He said when police arrived at Fish Parade the occupants of the property allegedly became hostile towards police, and the situation became quite heated, with three men and a woman were arrested.
