The event is a major fundraiser for Eglinton Public School, and is put together each year by the school's P and C.
This year will see the Country Fair celebrate its 55th anniversary.
"It will be a great day out for the whole family," Eglinton Public School P and C president Emma Grabham said.
"We've got a combination of entertainment, rides, craft, children's games and live demonstrations."
Ms Grabham said that there will be a number of fresh new attractions at this year's event.

"There will be blacksmithing, spinning and weaving and chainsaw demos," she said.
"In addition, SES Bathurst will be doing a large animal rescue demonstration."
Around 24 stallholders are expected to be present at the event.
There will also be grand host of performers sharing their immense talents with the Eglinton community.
"Some of the acts we have coming to the event include Tameka Kennedy, Sweet Revenge and the Bathurst Academy of Music stage band," Ms Grabham said.
"There will also be performances from the Promenade Dance School, Wing It Jazz and various Mitchell Conservatorium students."
Ms Grabham said that the fair is all about bringing the community together.
"It's a day to celebrate Eglinton as a whole, as well as the fact that we have a vibrant and inviting school," she said.
"We all get together to put a few hours of volunteering in and each year, we raise around $20,000 for the school."
Eglinton Public School principal Vicki O'Rourke said the event has been a long tradition for the community.
"It's run by the parents for the school, and we're very lucky to have such a dedicated P and C," Ms O'Rourke said.
"The event will also serve as an opportunity for our students to showcase their artworks that have been inspired by Indigenous Australian culture."
The 2019 Eglinton Country Fair will get underway this Saturday at 9am.
