Dulwich Hill Cycling Club's Tom Bolton proved too good in the first Summer Criterium Series race on Tuesday night, the Sydney-based cyclist winning the A grade at Mount Panorama.

Held on top of the iconic mountain, at Sulman Park, Bolton was too strong for Bathurst cyclists Josh Corcoran and Brad Rayner, who finished in second and third respectively.
Bolton finished in a time of 31 minutes and 46 seconds.
All up, 15 riders entered across fourth grades, a turnout that pleased series organiser Norman Wise.
"It was popular last summer and people asked about doing it again," he said.
"It was a good bit of fun and we had 15 cyclists turn up on Tuesday, which was good for the first night.
"These criteriums gave a great opportunity to those local riders to try out before the Blayney to Bathurst Criterium races on the March 16."
Julian Woods was the quickest cyclist in B grade, finishing in a time of 30 minutes and 36 seconds.
Following him was youngster Daniel Googe, Nathan Pearce and Bruce Hutton, in second, third and fourth respectively.
Dave Reece and Rod Lovett rounded out B grade, finishing fifth and sixth.
Peter Wilson won C grade in a time of 27 minutes and 55 seconds.

He was followed by Neville Krahe and Mark Sutton in second and third respectively.
Gary Theiss won D grade, while Rosemary Hastings came second and third Phil Cole capping-off the podium in third.
There'll be cycling at Sulman Park come Sunday, with the Bathurst Cycling Club hosting its Club Criterium Race from 8am.
The Summer Criterium Series will continue for the next three Tuesdays, on February 26, March 5 and March 12, all at Sulman Park and all starting at 6pm.
Also, Wise is encouraging people who haven't participated in racing before to give it a go.
"Anyone interested in trying racing for the first time on a closed road circuit are welcome to start with us," he said.
"Cycling Australia has a one week license available for $38 and for those that have never held a racing license, there is a two month racing starters' kit for $50.
