Bathurst Pan Dragons teamed up with Colour City (Orange) and Endeavour Dragons (Parkes) to enter as Western Waratahs.
Racing included two kilometre turn racing on the Saturday afternoon, with the women's division scoring silver medals.
Sunday's racing featured 200 metre sprints with mixed (men and women), women's, men's 10s and community teams.
The festival also had food stalls, arts and crafts and rides for the kids.
The Bathurst team also recently competed at the Lunar New Year races at Darling Harbour in Sydney.
No medals were gained, but the local competitors all had a good time getting more race experience.
