The Legacy Golf Day, a four-person ambrose, was held at Bathurst Golf Club to raise funds the charity.
Coordinator Peter Brien said 53 shooters started the day, the number smaller than seen in other years.
"Numbers have been down, but I think there is a lot charity activity on at the moment," he said.
However, the event continues to be supported by a strong contingent of Bathurst golfers and this year was no different.
"There are a lot of regular players and they are the backbone of the event," Mr Brien said.

The golf day started bright and early at 9am and players stayed out on the course until the early afternoon.
Following the game, players were invited into the club for lunch and more social activities, including a raffle and silent auctions.
The raffle had 12 prizes from by local businesses, while there were two items up for auction.
They were tickets to Metro Cinema and two nights accommodation at Mudgee's Winning Post Motor Inn.
"We had good support from the local businesses," Mr Brien said of the prizes.
A presentation of the winners was held after lunch.
Bathurst Legacy president Arthur Drury was pleased for the support, saying that the golf day was the charity's major fundraiser.
Other fundraisers include a major raffle run from mid-March to Anzac Day and Legacy Badge Day, with the money used to support the work of Legacy.
"We're looking after about 135 widows and dependents all together, including 15 from Oberon," Mr Drury said.
