Andrew Rossiter had the round of the week during Saturday’s Stableford event, his 46 points gave him a commanding seven shot margin in C grade over Rick McDonald. Phil Pittaway (38) was third while the scratch went to Andrew James on 18 points.

A tie at the top of A grade was the end result after Jaise Delaney and Ben McCrossin both returned 40 points, in the end Delaney was the winner on a count-back.
Kerry Stait was only a shot away in third and the scratch has gone the way of Reece Hodson with a round of even par.
Another count-back was needed to separate Leo Evans and visitor Tim Smith after both had 39 points, the local eventually gaining the victory on a count-back. Brian Heffernan was the third place getter and Andrew Hanger was awarded the scratch.
Tom Fox was in full agreement with his golf game last Thursday as attested by his mighty 45 points to win A grade from Mick Locke and Greg Burgess (42).
The scratch is in the hands of the silky smooth swinging Julian Curran on 32 points.
It was nice to see Bathurst’s smiling dentist David Travis back in the winner’s circle courtesy of 39 points to win B grade.
Ian Miller (38) stood tall in claiming second and third has gone to the steady Greg Malligan with 36 points.
New member Andrew Stapleton chimed in with 20 points to win the scratch.
Burgess combined beautifully with Dave Hitchick to post 50 points and a two shot win in the 2BBB over Fox and Dean Oxley, one over par garnered the scratch result for Darrell Bourke and David Lilly.
The annual Legacy Charity golf day was held on Sunday with the team of Mike Stanford, Ryan Sparke, Kel Cooke and Brian Weightman taking home the chocolates.
