On Tuesday last week Carenne's secondary school side won the senior edition following a down-to-the-wire final against Canobolas High School.
Last Tuesday Carenne's primary school squad also enjoyed a great tournament, narrowly missing out on a place in the decider.
That tournament saw another first-time champion in Oberon Public School.
Carenne's secondary team manager Adam Ryan said it was a wonderful feeling to see his side take out the six-team competition.
"Last year we made it to the final but then it was called off so we never got the chance to test our luck but they did a fantastic job," he said.
"They really enjoyed it and displayed some really great sportsmanship, were always quick to thank the other team and that was great to see."
Carenne not only won the title but did so with an unbeaten record.
The host school won a close grand final 21-19.
The primary schools edition also featured six school vying for the title.
The hosts school came close to another finals appearance on Tuesday after a consistent tournament.
"We had a bit of a practice run, doing a bit of cricket through this term," Carenne's primary school team manager Peta Sykes said.
"We went really well. We were third on the leader board halfway through the competition but unfortunately Oberon beat us."
Sykes said the solid result was just a bonus for her team who enjoyed the day on the Bathurst courts.
"They were really in it just to have some fun and enjoy something different other than the usual school routine," she said.
"The carnival is great for their social skills and sportsmanship, plus their general fitness. They're very happy to be out there representing the school."
Carenne School principal Terry Neale echoed those sentiments, saying players should be commended for their sportsmanship.
"Everybody had a great time at both carnivals," he said.
"Carenne, for the first time ever, won the secondary schools indoor carnival and Oberon Public School, in the first time they entered the carnival, defeated Lithgow Public School in the primary schools carnival.
"All students played with great sportsmanship. I'd also like to thank Saint Stanislaus' College for supplying volunteer umpires and scorers for both carnivals."
The indoor soccer carnivals are next up for the region's schools and will take place next school term at the Bathurst Indoor Sports Stadium.
