Bathurst were at their best on the Wellington greens, led by number one player Reece Hodson's second win of the season over Steve Betland.
Hodson's 5 & 3 result was the biggest win for Bathurst while Zane Beale, Cameron Jackson and Justin Sutton all recorded 2 & 1 victories over their opponents.
Ben Mackey went down by two holes to Peter Dawson but Bathurst had already secured the title before that match reached its conclusion.
Bathurst team captain Darryn Bruce said Hodson was an integral part of claiming the club's first division one win since 2012.
"I'm absolutely delighted, and no-one gave us chance to win this which makes it even more satisfying. That includes some of my club members," he laughed.
"I've got one of the best players in the Central West in Reece Hodson playing for me. He was a big asset and basically wiped the floor with all the best players from around the region. He was unstoppable.
"He was desperate to prove that his win against Steve from last time wasn't a fluke."
While Hodson was the top performer of the season overall for Bathurst it was Jackson who was the standout in the final.
"Cameron's brought his handicap from five down to one in the space of the pennants season. That's how good he was playing," Bruce said.
"He played Daniel Bayley, who's a really good player. Cam was down three but on the back nine he turned it around. He made a birdie, a nice up-and-down to square a hole then another up-and-down to win a hole.
"Then Dan missed the green right - a cardinal sin on the 15th - and Cam's got it back all square."
Sutton beat Shane Sallaway to complete and unbeaten season while Beale - a late addition to the Bathurst side in place of Ben Matheson - was too good for Mark Collits.
"Our number two who we got from Parkes, Justin Sutton who came down to Bathurst to play for us, he also went through the competition unbeaten," he said.
"In the final he was down early but kept plugging away, making putts and making chips.
"I followed Zane all day because he'd never played there before and was telling him where to hit it, and he was hitting it exactly where I was telling him to. He just wore Mark out."
Bathurst went close to making it a championship double but their division two side went down 3-2 to Parkes.
Mudgee and Dubbo won the lower divisions.
