For several years I have complained to centre management about the inadequate hand-drying machines in the ladies' loo.
Everyone I have seen there rolls their eyes, attempts to submit to the gentle breath of the present machines, then wipes their hands on their clothes and leaves with damp hands.
We know that wet or damp hands will transfer bacteria ... to where? A shopping trolley or elsewhere?

A shopping centre should have more than just retail and a supermarket.
