The Vampires are currently touring Australia promoting their sixth studio album, Pacifica, with the Bathurst date to serve as their final tour stop.
Members of the band include Jeremy Rose [saxophone, bass clarinet], Nick Garbett [trumpet], Alex Boneham [bass] and Alex Masso [drums].
The gig is being brought to Bathurst by Samsara Productions, a local promotional company founded by prominent cultural identities Sam Renzaglia and Sarah Conolan.
"The Vampires are an incredible, unmissable band and we are so thrilled they're coming to town," Ms Conolan said.
"While their sound is grounded in jazz, they've incorporated music from all corners of the world to diversify their appeal," Mr Renzaglia added.
The gig will serve as part of Samsara Productions' drive to bring unusual and expansive music acts to Bathurst to help foster appreciation for live music in the community.
The Vampires have built a reputation worldwide for their unique interpretation of jazz, with their music consistently challenging a variety of different audiences.
Their last release, 2017's The Vampires Meet Lionel Loueke, earned the band their first ever ARIA nomination for Best Jazz Album.
"I'm really keen to see how the band interacts with the audience here in Bathurst," Mr Renzaglia said.
"Sarah [Conolan] is good friends with Alex [Masso, drummer for The Vampires], and the idea for this gig has been in the pipeline for quite some time."
"We hope this gig will bring many members of the Bathurst community together."
The Vampires' gig is one of many events that will aim to promote The Victoria as a premier live entertainment venue in Bathurst.
In April, the venue is aiming to introduce a weekly rock karaoke event on Wednesday nights with an in-house band and usher in a return for classic album nights.
The Vampires' gig will commence from 3pm on Sunday.
Tickets cost $25 [$20 for concession] and will be available on the door.
