The event, being held in the grounds of Paddy's Hotel, Kelso, begins at 10am on Saturday, April 13.
Entry to the Show and Shine is $20, or entry to both the Show and Shine and Grass Events is $50.
The State Titles are open to any make and model of SS Commodore, and all SS owners are invited to be part of the event.
Donna Stait, from the SS Owners Club, said the club started in Bathurst years ago, as a family friendly club, where like-minded SS owners can come together, share stories, pictures and experiences related to their cars.
She said the club has been running the State Titles in Bathurst for a number of years.
Ms Stait said the club wants as many cars as possible to be part of the State Titles.
"It's an opportunity for all enthusiasts to display their cars and interact with other passionate car owners," she said.
She said the SS Owners Club was a not for profit enthusiasts car club raising money for charities including Challenge and Beyond Blue.
Ms Stait said the club had supported as many local businesses as possible in organising the event.
"We did everything locally where ever we could," she said.
She said the club welcomes all owners of genuine GMH factory SS cars.
"As a family friendly club, members will always feel welcome and part of a supportive community."
