Mr Weeks previously served as headmaster of the prestigious Knox Grammar School in Sydney and for the last 12 months, has been working as a consultant for the Scots All Saints College integration process.
"I'm very passionate about education, and I look forward to contributing to this school's outstanding image," Mr Weeks said.
"As headmaster, I hope that I'll be able to unleash the potential of the school's community, and I'm a firm believer in working together with staff, students and their families."
Scots All Saints College council chairman Hamish Thompson said that, after much deliberation, Mr Weeks emerged as the obvious choice for the position.
"Mr Weeks has got the runs on the board for other schools and we felt it was ideal to choose a headmaster who has played a part in the school's transition process," Mr Thompson said.
"He is a lovely man to work with and has already forged positive relationships within the school's community."
Mr Weeks will assume the role from July 1, succeeding outgoing headmaster David Gates.
"I'm determined to make the west the best," he said.
