My wife and I went on the Thursday evening and were part of a full house to be powerfully presented with the theme of the musical.
The key focus was on the last days of Jesus, popular with the crowds yet targeted by the Jewish leaders who considered that Jesus had to be silenced, otherwise their place of power among the people could be jeopardised.

There was so much energy expressed in the singers and actors and the roles played out with clarity.
For me, to hear the chant "He's a dangerous man" caused me to almost call out in agreement.
I have for almost 70 years been a disciple, a follower, of Jesus.
He remains "dangerous" to anyone who merely wants to live a self-centred life.

I encourage always for everyone to consider Jesus - what he said, what he did and post-resurrection to enable his church to experience with joyful wonder the promises of this "dangerous man".
