The past nine months have been a journey of resilience and determination for staff at the centre, who lost everything after the May 5 blaze.
General manager, Kath Graham said the past year has been a year of challenges and at the time of the fire there was a large amount of uncertainty.
"The challenges that we faced have have been well addressed and as you are aware challenges of this nature necessitates management's focus on then reconstruction process and to some extent can be a detriment to the broader business," she said.
"As we move forward, we will be focusing our attention in a manner in which we can capitalise on the new laundry to benefit the company as a whole.
"We have made significant progress over the last past nine months and as we stand here today in the world class commercial laundry facility with state of the art equipment, we have laid the foundations for a future sustainable and profitable growth whilst continuing to provide employment opportunities for people with a disability for many years to come.
"We have great challenges and great opportunities ahead, and we will meet these by being the provider of choice quality services and products for those in the Central West and beyond.
"And achieving our vision that all people with a disability have the opportunity to develop to their individual potential," she said.
Federal Member for Calare Andrew Gee officially opened the facility before enjoying a guided tour.
