WHAT IS THE BATHURST 6 HOUR?
The Bathurst 6 Hour is Australia's longest race production cars at Mount Panorama. It includes three days of racing at Mount Panorama across the Easter long weekend. Although the race only goes for six hours, the event goes for three days with practice sessions across Friday and Saturday morning, qualifying rounds on Saturday afternoon and the race taking place on Sunday.
WHEN IS THE BATHURST 6 HOUR?
This year that means the green lights go at 11.30am on Sunday, April 21. But the fun begins on Friday.
ARE THERE STILL TICKETS AVAILABLE?
Yes! And there will be tickets on the gate. A three day pass starts at $30, tickets for individual days start at $5 and go to $15. Find tickets here. The event sees around 18,000 people watch and 300 vehicles compete at Mount Panorama.

WHAT KIND OF WEATHER IS EXPECTED?
It's expected to be mostly sunny and 24 degrees across the entire weekend. For those camping (yes, that's an option), it's only meant to get down to 10 degrees overnight. For Bathurst...that's balmy.
HOW DO I FOLLOW ALONG?
In person: Buy tickets. The gates open at Mount Panorama at 7am and close at 6pm.
On the TV: In Australia the event is on Fox Sports 506 with coverage starting at 11.15am. Or you can stream the race via KAYO (there's a 14 day trial that you might find useful.)
International viewers: can watch through livestream via the website www.bathurst6hour.com.au/live-aus (This coverage starts at 7.50am and is available to Australian viewers until the beginning of the Fox Sports coverage.)

WHO HAS WON THE BATHURST 6 HOUR IN THE PAST?
The 6 hour has only been operating in this format since 2016.
Winners include:
- 2016: Nathan Morcom and Chaz Mostert
- 2017: Luke Searle and Paul Morris
- 2018: Grant Sherrin and Iain Sherrin
The only manufacturer who has won is BMW.
