Queensland's racing duo are travelling down to take track in the Australian Production Car endurance race for the fourth time, after claiming first in last year's race.
Grant and Iain Sherrin of Sherrin Racing will hit Mount Panorama in the Easter race after a successful APC round one in Sydney and with their track record, they have high expectations for the race.
"We think we're in good shape to back it up again," Iain said.
The pair are set to again race their reliable BMW M4, which has placed them on the podium in two out of three Bathurst 6 Hours.
"The car's great, it's had a couple years of development so its running quite well but Bathurst is where problems may pop up," Iain said.
Even with four well-run one hour races in March under their belt, Mount Panorama is still an intimidating track.
"Bathurst throws things at you, it's one of the toughest tracks around."

After racing for 15 years, the Sherrin brothers still find winning a race in Bathurst to be a career highlight, and this time around they're aiming even higher.
"It's something everyone dreams of winning but this year we're aiming to get the double win - and be the Bathurst and the APC Champions."
In previous years, they've taken home first and second place titles from the series.
But they won't just drift into the top spot, last year's pole-sitting rivals, Beric Lynton and Tim Leahey, will return to the race after losing out on a podium position due to a mechanical fault.
"It's generally either them or us out the front so they're definitely going to be our main rival, but we think we've got the pace."
After steering clear of the race track since last month, Grant and Iain are excited to oil up their driving before the main event gets underway on Sunday.
'We've got three 70 minute practice sessions which will give us plenty time to dial in on the car and our skills."
For now, the pair are prepping their car to hop onto the track this long weekend.
