Birrang Enterprise Development Company will conduct a free five-week program in May at the Kelso Community Hub for indigenous and disadvantaged people who want to get their L-plates or P-plates or want to have driving lessons. The program will run two days per week on Thursdays and Fridays from 9am to 1pm and eligibility conditions apply. The 2019 Best Bloke's Decorated Cake competition will be held in Bathurst City Centre. About 30 cakes will be on show from noon to 5.30pm to be voted on by the public. Money will also be raised for the Movember Foundation.
