Anzac Day will start with a dawn service for the city, where a big congregation is again expected to pack Kings Parade in the early hours of the morning.
Commemorative services will span throughout the day before ending with a sunset service.
The Soldier's Saddle race day at Tyers Park, the biggest day on the calendar for Bathurst Thoroughbred Racing, will have gates open from 11am while buses to the races will leave Bathurst RSL from noon.

ANZAC DAY MARCH | Time: 10.15am Location: departs from Bathurst RSL Club, 114 Rankin Street and proceeds to the Carillon.

What's open on Anzac Day?
BATHURST'S major supermarkets will open their doors at 1pm on Anzac Day, following the city's main commemoration in Kings Parade.
The Woolworths supermarkets in both Stockland Bathurst and the Bathurst City Centre will be open from 1pm-9pm, while Coles in the Chase Shopping Centre will be open from 1pm-10pm.
Bernardi's Marketplace on Rankin Street will be open from 1pm-8pm and Aldi on Russell Street from 1.15pm-8pm.
IGA Westpoint will be open from 1pm-8pm and IGA Trinity Heights from 1pm-7.30pm.
Bathurst RSL will open at noon after the main Anzac service and go through to 1am while Bathurst Panthers will be open from 10am to between 1am-1.30am.
Dan Murphy's on George Street will be open from 1.15pm-7pm.
Take it easy on the roads
BATHURST police remind motorists that double demerits will again be in effect for the Anzac Day weekend.
Double demerits will come into effect at 12.01am on Wednesday, April 24 and run through to 11.59pm on Sunday, April 28.
Double demerit points apply for speeding, seatbelt, motorcycle helmet and mobile phone offences during all holiday periods. Drivers caught using their phones during a double demerit period can expect to be hit with the fine as well as up to 10 demerits.
