One of the most adorable family-friendly attractions of the Royal Bathurst Show is the animal nursery, run by students from Denison College Bathurst High campus.
School students have been coming to the show for more than 30 years to showcase a wide range of animals.
Among the ones you'll see are ducks, alpacas, miniature horses, lambs and turkeys.
Bathurst High agriculture/technology teacher Peter Matus said the animals displayed in the nursery are usually ones that have been donated by local farming families.
"We have got some parents, one in particular, who actually breed animals for the show," he said.

When they are brought to the show, it is the students' responsibility to run the public petting area and look after the animals' welfare.
Mr Matus said the animal nursery is a very popular attraction and the students love being involved with it, even though they are kept very busy.
"We do set up on the Thursday and pack up on the Monday, and then we do the show on the Friday, Saturday, Sunday of the show, and we have kids that if we let them would do every day," he said.
The school's principal, Ken Barwick, said the students were great representatives of the school and work very hard to keep the nursery running.
"They absolutely love it. They come here and work in teams and rotate every half hour," he said.
The animal nursery can be visited every day of the show and is located on the eastern side of the showground, near the cattle sheds.
