The session, which will take place in conference room two of the hospital's heritage building at 3.30pm, will offer the community the chance to voice their views in regards to the deliverance of health services in Bathurst.
It comes as the WNSWLHD is currently in the process of developing the Bathurst Community and Region Integrated Clinical Service Plan 2019-2029.
"Bathurst Health Service is important not just to the immediate town, but also as part of the broader network of health services in our region," WNSWLHD planning and service development manager Maryanne Mitchell said.
"The Clinical Service Plan will set the framework for how the Bathurst Health Service fulfills all of these roles into the future."
Over the last five years, the Bathurst Health Service has undergone a number of developments including enhancements to the intensive care service, the development of advanced nursing roles and prioritising respiratory and cardiology services.
Ms Mitchell said the WNSWLHD will also seek consultation from key local health care providers including GPs, local government and health councils.
"We want to ensure that Bathurst Health Service continues to grow in ways to meet the needs of our local communities and in ways that strengthen the entire network of health services in the region," she said.
"Health services across the region need to work together to ensure patients get access to the services they need, when they need them."
The Bathurst Health Service serves a population of around 60,000 people and encompasses communities such as Oberon, Blayney, Rylestone and Lithgow.
A budget of $92.7 million was allocated to the service this financial year.
