Members of the Queen Charlotte Landcare Group have previously spoken about their frustration over weeds and willows being allowed to grow to a point where the creek is now badly clogged, creating a flooding risk during heavy downpours.
Tuesday's meeting will also address residents' concerns that flood mitigation work currently being undertaken in the creek will not be enough to ease the risk of inundation at nearby properties.
Siltation in the creek is another concern for residents.
Spokesman Ken Hamer invited all concerned residents to the meeting at the Perthville School of Arts Hall from 6pm.
"We're concerned about the deepening, clearing and widening of the creek not being sufficient," Mr Hamer said.
"Council has been claiming it is no longer their responsibility but we now have documentation from other government departments that says it is their responsibility and that will also be discussed at Tuesday's meeting."
Anyone wanting more information about Tuesday evening's meeting can phone Mr Hamer on 0437 337 439.
