Brad Brown and David Luck battled it out for A grade supremacy after both players had 39 points, in the end, Brown was victorious on a count-back.
Matt Phillips rounded out third on 36 points and the scratch went the way of Mike Stanford with a fine round of one under par.
Andrew Stapleton returned 37 points to head off Adam Batchelor (36) and Manuel Pro (34) to win B grade, the very stylish Sauro Gregori was the scratch victor with 23 points.
Thursday's war of attrition saw Vice-Captain John Perfect face off against Club Professional Matt Barrett in A grade after both players had 39 points.
it was the elder statesman Perfect who eventually came away with the chocolates.
The venerable Lester Colley (38) rounded out third place and the scratch went to the consistent Reece Hodson on 33 points.
The gentlemanly Geoff Tindall fired a stellar 39 points to win B grade and hold off the charging Horst Hesse and Jeff Williams for the minors after both had 38 points.
Mark Gunning was able to land the scratch prize after a solid 21 points.
Colley was at it again as he teamed with Eric Denholm (45) to win the 2BBB scratch, only one shot away was the pairing of Brian Boyd and Bryan M'Crystal who rumour has it relied solely on Boyd to carry him to second place!
The scratch has gone to the very capable pairing Paul Francis and Wayne Boserio with 34 points.
Andrew Stapleton headed a very small Mother's Day field on 32 points for a slender one-stroke margin over Trevor Ballantyne.
