The 3rd Bathurst Scout Group has partnered with a local bakery to celebrate one of Australia's most famous culinary icon: the humble lamington.

Becks Bakery, who are well known for their lamingtons, will supply all the ingredients for Scouts to assemble the lamingtons as a major fundraiser in 2019.
All money raised will help the local youth to attend camps, jamborees and other activities.
Funds will also be used to help with the upkeep of the Bathurst Scout Hall.
If you are interested in purchasing lamingtons, order forms will be available at a stall located at Bathurst City Centre (near Donut King) on May 18 and 19, 9am to 5pm.

The cost is $10 for six large Beck Bakery lamingtons.
The lamingtons will be available for pick up on Sunday, June 1 between 12pm and 5pm.
They will be available for pick-up on Sunday, June 2, between 12pm and 5pm at the Bathurst Scout Hall on Parrish Lane, behind the All Saints Cathedral.
