Both work on a new change room block and seal car park was finished several weeks ago.
The new change room block features four player change rooms and toilet amenities, with two of the change rooms sharing an adjacent wall that has the ability to be opened up.
The block also features a change room for referees, as well as more uni-sex and disabled toilets.
Bathurst Regional Council project manager Michael Coles said that Bathurst District Football had requested for a new change room block.
"This off-season, council decided that the best way forward was to build a full car park to formalise the parking facilities and finish all the storm water and drainage on the site," he said.
"Along with that, we decided, on BDF's request, to get new change rooms built. They were starting to struggle with the amenities with the three new fields.
"With these new buildings, it allows us to service the whole new three fields, with three full teams at the same time."
With the new changing room block, Proctor Park will be able to cater for higher level football matches, including state league and national games.
The new car park has replaced the previously unmarked and unsealed one, with the new one having 350 lined car spots.
Bathurst District Football president Andrew Speed is happy with the new redevelopments.
"It's fantastic. We've got the Country Cup coming here in June, which will have all the top district sides in the state here. So we'll be able to cater for all of them," he said.
"What these new facilities enable us is to get more state competition games here."
And the work at Proctor Park is set to continue, with council's 2019-20 draft budget to receive more works.
It's slated to receive three additional fields thanks to a funding allocation of $2.2 million.
In addition to the fields, council has earmarked $200,000 to cover design and consultation for new required land that will inform the layout of Proctor Park.
