This is our annual social event on Sunday, June 2 and everyone is welcome to attend.
More than a meeting, the day includes behind-the-scenes tours and tales of Bathurst's cultural life plus free lunch.
This is a free event and we'd love to see you there. Schedule of activities:
- 10.30am: Meet. Coffee at Tremains Mill, bottom of Keppel Street.
- 11am: Tour of Tremains Mill.
- 11.45am: Visit either T.Arts Gallery or BRAG or the studio of Rachel Ellis.
- 12.45pm: Meet at BMEC.
- 1pm: Lunch (provided by Bathurst Regional Council).
- 1.45pm: Tour the Australian Fossil and Mineral Museum.
- 2.45pm: AGM at the Australian Fossil and Mineral Museum.
- 3pm: Finish.

Strings and things
STRING Theory will play in the Orchard Room at Mitchell Conservatorium from 7pm on Friday.
The ensemble was formed in early 2019 and consists of Nicole Hammill, (violin), Kerrie Davies, Frances McLeod and Nicholas Newell (violin and viola) and Robyn Godfrey (cello).

Old-time radio play
ABERCROMBIE Radio Players will present the premiere performance of Jacqueline this Friday, May 24 at 6.30pm.
This dark drama set in the streets of London in Victorian times is for mature audiences and contains adult themes.
It's only $10 and perfect for a night by the crackling fire in the ballroom at historic Abercrombie House. For tickets and information phone 6331 4929 or visit the Abercrombie House website.
Learn leadlighting
COME along this Saturday for what promises to be a great patchwork leadlight windows workshop with Liesbeth Lukins.
It will run from 10am-4pm at the former Evans Shire Council chambers in Kelso.
All materials are supplied free of charge for first-time participants.
It's only $10 for the day and BYO lunch with a half hour break.

Quilting workshop
BRIGITTE Giblin is an Australian quilt designer and teacher who has been making quilts in the naive, antique and traditional styles for more than 30 years.
Brigitte will guide you through a full program of quilting this weekend in O'Connell.
Various quilt projects will be offered over the three days including making your own carpet bag. The workshop runs Friday to Sunday, 10am-4pm each day.
Lunch, tea and coffee are provided daily. This three-day workshop will cost $225 ($75 per person/day).
