The event is being held to celebrate Australia's Biggest Morning Tea, a nationwide fundraiser held each year to support the Cancer Council.
"It doesn't matter how big or small the donation is; every little bit helps," Panthers Bathurst promotions and marketing assistant McKenzee Newton said.
"Cancer affects many members of our society, and we want to be part of the push to fund life-saving research and support programs for those affected."
The club is hoping to attract around 50 people to the event, which will be run in tandem with Thursday's bingo group.
Ms Newton said the event will play a vital role in raising awareness of the important role charities play in reaching out to people in need.
"We have set a fundraising goal of $500, but everyone is welcome to donate as much as they want," she said.
"Charity events are a great way to bring people together, and we hope the Bathurst community will join us to support such an important cause."
The morning tea is scheduled to get under way at 10am and attendees are encouraged to bring a gold coin donation.
