So on Wednesday, she had her head shaved, so her mum wouldn't feel so alone. She's also started up a Go Fund Me Page, to help pay the bills, while her Mum is sick.
In 2010, Chloe's mum Louise White was diagnosed with breast cancer, in 2013 she was diagnosed with thyroid cancer and in July last year she was again diagnosed with breast cancer, which has also gone to her brain.
As part of her treatment Lou has already undergone chemotherapy, at Daffodil Cottage, and has started eight weeks of radiation at Orange. When that's done, she's booked in for more chemo.
Having lost her hair as a result of treatment, Lou now wears a wig, and Chloe said her decision to shave her head was to let her mum know 'she wasn't alone.'
"I'm doing it for her," she said, acknowledging things had been pretty tough for the family.
She said her mum had been an inspiration to both herself and elder sister Tori.
"It has been hard, but mum's pretty tough."
Ms White said she was proud of Chloe, and recalled when her hair started falling out when she started treatment.
"It started coming out in clumps, so I got Karen [Griffiths, her hairdresser] to shave it all off, because I wanted to do it on my terms."
She said as soon as she did it she broke down.
