Since September last year, the recycling facility has been sending a truck around the region to collect items that are eligible for the scheme.
People are able to book their collection online or over the phone, with the truck later deployed to their address.
Bathurst Recycling owner Craig Clark said preparations were under way to introduce a second truck, which will allow the service to expand farther west.
"We are in different towns everyday and we are about to expand to the likes of Wellington and Dubbo," he said.
The truck is being fitted out now, meaning it should be on the road to the Dubbo area in two weeks time.
It's a free service and people receive 10 cents for each bottle or can.
Mr Clark said it is all about making it easier for people to participate in the Return and Earn scheme.
In addition to Bathurst, the mobile collection service travels to Orange, Molong, Mudgee, Lithgow, Wallerawang, Portland, Oberon, Blayney, Mandurama, Lyndhurst, Cowra and Canowindra.
Anyone who wants to book the service can visit www.bathurstreturnandearn.com.au or call the facility on 6331 2886.
The Return and Earn scheme has taken off in Bathurst and Mr Clark said the collection centre in Upfold Street was always busy.
"We're getting a good response. We get new people everyday," he said.
