Argiwest, a team featuring players from the side that won the A grade reserves grade final in 2018, had it tough doing in the opening quarter, but would eventually run away to claim a 28-point victory over Mustangs.
Coach Angela Best praised her shooters - Clancy Best and Kathryn Richardson - who contributed to the win.
But it wasn't just the shooters getting all the accolades, with the defence also getting a mention.
"The defence was tight and they played well in the middle court," she said.
"All-round they played well and it was a really good outcome.
"They're just a young bunch of kids that are strong and fit."
The win keeps Agriwest in the top four in fourth place, something that Best said her team is extremely happy about.
"We're really excited to be in the top four. We'd like to go further up the ladder but to be in that position, with such a young team, it's amazing," she said.
There's no Bathurst Netball Association A grade action next weekend, because of the long weekend, with play returning on June 15.
