The 2019 Winter Winery Wander will see more than 250 people visit a selection of venues around the region showcasing a variety of unique dining experiences.
Four buses will transport attendees on various routes making use of five local venues: Bathurst Goldfields, Abercrombie House, BoxGrove, Renzaglia Wines and Vale Creek Wines.
Each venue will incorporate the services of a special guest: Grass Parrot Vineyard [Bathurst Goldfields], 3 Views Vineyard [Abercrombie House], The Well Fed Catering Company and Bellbrook Friends [BoxGrove], Harvest Cafe [Renzaglia Wines] and Restaurant Ninety Two [Vale Creek Wines].
Event organiser Greg Tucker said the event will provide a snapshot of the best produce Bathurst has to offer.
"This is the 14th year we've been running the event, and most people get a shock at the capabilities of Bathurst's food and wine sector," Mr Tucker said.
"Bathurst's food and wine is coming of age, and I think people are starting to realise how innovative our local producers really are."
Mr Tucker came up with the idea for the event after an excursion to the Hunter Valley for the Lovedale Long Lunch.

He said the event will offer up some unique interpretations of traditional meals people know and love.
"One of the chefs will provide a deconstructed breakfast, which hasn't been attempted in this event before," he said.
"The breakfast is sure to go well with a nice pinot."
Mr Tucker said the event sold out last Friday, and expects the turnout to be a mixture of old and new faces.
"We attract everyone from those who are new to the event to others who have attended every single year," he said.
"For the last five years, there's been one chap who has made sure to get the first spot in the queue to choose his desired route."
The buses for the Winter Winery Wander will set off from the Bathurst Visitor Information Centre at 9.30am this Sunday.
