The under 14s girls - one of six Bathurst sides to qualify for the tournament - were the only team who had the opportunity to play on their home courts and they made the most of the occasion.
Bathurst went through their four pool games unbeaten, trounced Lithgow Lazers 70-9 in the quarter-finals and brushed aside Maitland Mustangs 47-29 in the semis.
Goldminers then won tougher affair against Central West rivals Dubbo Rams 35-26.
"I'm ecstatic, especially since we had six players across the whole weekend. They improved with every game, which was amazing," winning coach Olivia Doble said.
"By the end of the weekend the girls were a bit tired. We had to cancel training on Tuesday to give them a chance to rest but everyone really stepped up and did their bit.
"They really stepped up over the weekend and played together as a team, and even our smallest girls were working hard to get rebounds."
Bathurst's under 14s boys came close to achieving the same feat but went down in their division three decider.
Goldminers' under 18s boys and girls each tested themselves in premier division, both winning three of their five pool games but missing out on a final appearance.
The Goldminers 12s girls dropped just one pool game on their way to a semi-final showing while the 12s boys picked up one win.
