Michael James Berrisford, 47, of Monte Villa Lane, Gormans Hill, pleaded guilty to entering enclosed lands.
Antecedents handed to Bathurst Court told how Berrisford openly admits to having a problem with alcohol, and stated to police this was the main reason for his offending.
Police facts tendered to the court told how the victim in the matter and Berrisford arranged to meet on Hereford Street on April 7 to retrieve a vehicle.
When Berrisford failed to attend, the victim texted him, told him not to bother lending a hand and returned to her home.
At 10.40pm, the victim awoke to a knock at the window and said she immediately recognised Berrisford's voice, asking to be let into the premises.
She said he was not allowed to enter the premises and asked him to leave.
A short time later, she said she woke to find Berrisford standing in her bedroom. He said he had let himself inside via the garage door, which was unlocked.
The victim told Berrisford to get out, and pushed him outside the premises. Once outside, he remained on the property, knocking on the windows and doors.
Shortly after, he could be heard inside the premises again. The victim went to investigate and saw the flyscreen was missing from the window in a spare room and the window was open.
The victim told police the accused tried a number of times to convince her to let him stay and reconcile the relationship, but she refused.
She took hold of Berrisford and forcibly removed him from the property and he remained in the vicinity some time before leaving.
The victim went to Bathurst Police Station, where she provided police with a domestic violence evidence in chief recording.
While she was there, Berrisford wrote her a message requesting her to meet at the residence.
Police spoke with Berrisford the following day, but he declined to be interviewed.
