It will be reported at next month's annual general meeting that the Bathurst RSL Club made a profit of $386,075 for the 2018-19 financial year.
As well, total donations and support expenditure for this financial year has reached $275,000 according to president Ian Miller.
"Once again the board is proud to advise that we have maintained our position as the 'heart of the community' by supporting various organisations, charities, sporting and community groups within the Bathurst area," he explained in a letter to club members.
"The board has approved support across a broad spectrum within the community, such as Bathurst Netball Association, Bathurst and District BMX, Bathurst District Cricket Association and several other sporting groups."
"Plus, a large number of community organisations such as the Bathurst Community Transport Group, the Seymour Centre and the Bathurst Young Mob, who are helping the less fortunate within the community to obtain their driver's license so they can enhance their chances of securing employment."
As well, the annual general meeting will highlight the reinvestment of profits.
"The club realised a profit of $386,075 for the [financial] year," general manager Peter Sargent said in the same letter.
"However, we have continued to reinvest profits directly back into your club through aggressive debt management, repaying $989,216 in borrowings during the financial year.
"Importantly, the club's debt management strategy has seen us make a very significant dent in the loan on the sporting complex (Cityfit), which sees us ahead of our intended amortisation schedule and on track to extinguish the debt well within the next two years."
The Bathurst RSL Club has also experienced continued membership growth, with over 16,000 members.
Food revenue has also improved, growing by over seven per cent.
The annual general meeting of the Bathurst RSL Club will be held in the Courtyard Room at the Bathurst RSL Club, at 114 Rankin Street on Saturday, July 27, at 2.30pm.
