Now in its fifth year, the festival has become a key event to bring the Bathurst community together in celebration of the region's business, entertainment and creative sectors.
The festival will enter full swing through its two centrepiece events: this Saturday's Ignite the Night and next Saturday's Brew and Bite.

Both events will feature a diverse range of food vendors along Keppel Street, in addition to regular amusements such as the ice rink, ferris wheel and carousel.
"The 16-day event is a perfect opportunity for the community to come together and enjoy the atmosphere of the winter weather," Bathurst mayor Graeme Hanger said.
"It's a chance for residents, students and performers to showcase their talent through workshops, entertainment, projects and design."
A key attraction of the Winter Festival each year is the illuminations, which present some of Bathurst's notable landmarks in a whole new light.
Mr Hanger said the illuminations will feature some welcome additions to the displays of previous years.
"The Ways of Seeing project is new to the illuminations this year and will feature in the Bathurst Library forecourt and Machattie Park," he said.
"Ways of Seeing journeys into new, conceptual worlds of portraiture, mixing old and new technologies of image-making and visual exploration."
In addition, an interactive game called 'Rain Run' will take place in Court House Lane, encouraging members of the community to get involved with the illuminations.
Mr Hanger said the festival will provide an entertaining spectacle to keep the whole family entertained throughout the school holidays.
"The occasion is a perfect time for our community and visitors to venture into the city and be a part of this great event," he said.
"It's an affordable community event that breaks up, at times, a long winter."
The festival will run from July 6 to 21. For more information, visit www.bathurstwinterfestival.com.au.
