It's not every day you see a greyhound able to recover from a dreadful start to go on to a four-length win but that's what Irinka Sadie was able to achieve on Monday.
The Raymond Smith-trained Irinka Sadie ($1.25 favourite) made it three wins from as many starts in her short career with her huge comeback effort at Kennerson Park.
She had to overtake all seven other runners in the Ladbrokes Cash In 0-2 Win Stakes (450 metres) and still had more than enough left to beat Shimmy Sparkles ($34) with ease.
"She's just learning. She's not getting the start right but she's still getting the job done at the moment," Forbes-based trainer Smith said.
"Brad Hill Billy is a dog that I've just stood at stud, which I raced, and this is his first lot of pups."
Anyone holding an Irinka Sadie ticket might have been tempted to tear it up after how badly she missed the start from box six.

She didn't go across to the rail, instead she stayed wide to start her run to the front.
At the head of the field Everlasting Love gained an early one length advantage on Shimmy Sprinkles, while Irinka Sadie gave up as much as six lengths on the race's first bend.
Shimmy Sparkles got by Everlasting Love to take control with the final turn in sight.
At the same time Irinka Sadie had to go three wide around Winlock Ramirez and Chief Bronie but it didn't slow her down in the slightest.
Halfway around the turn Irinka Sadie said goodbye to her seventh and final competitor to make a big statement early in her racing days.
Irinka Sadie had made the step back from 520m in her previous start and her sprinting legs were on show.
The winning time was 26.06 seconds.
