The majority of our guests were pensioners and retirees, who are doing it tough, but they still supported the Red Cross (whilst having fun at the same time!).
We thank all those who attended as your support helps the Red Cross to continue its vital work.

The Red Cross Bathurst Branch is looking for new members. Our friendly branch members meet on the first Friday of each month at the Senior Citizens' Centre rooms at 10.30am.

Volunteering has many benefits. Apart from making you happy, it will provide you with a sense of purpose, increase your self-confidence, and help you make new friends.
Our new retail outlet shop at 65 William Street, Bathurst is in desperate need of donations of warm winter clothing.
I'm sure we all have some good quality items that we no longer need, and the Red Cross shop needs your donations now to support the broader everyday work of the Red Cross.
We also appreciate secondhand books, jewellery, handbags, hats, scarves, shoes, etc.
The Australian Red Cross raised and distributed $11.5 million for drought relief last financial year. In the Bathurst community many farmers are still struggling.
The targeted Red Cross drought appeal may be over, but the Red Cross continues working with farming communities, helping them cope and recover.
We are running drought-specific programs in NSW, including Let's Talk, which recently supported events like sheepdog schools, and family fun days.
